Excellent 1983 Sumerset 14 X 46 Houseboat with Numerous Recent Updates!
Nice refreshed 14' X 46' Sumerset Houseboat with a Mercury 75 HP outboard engine! With a refreshed wiring and all needed features!
This is an aluminum-hulled houseboat which means it will not rust! It has 4 Full beds, a spacious front deck, rooftop AC, and it has been completely rewired with marine grade wiring from front to back!! And a perfect spacious front deck to hang out at the marina!
There is a Smart LED fuse panel, a newer bilge pump, newer anchor and navigation lights, all recent batteries, newer 3 bank charger, and the owner reports that the Mercury 75 HP engine motor runs well!
The owner also says the Onan Generator needs some work, yet it is there if needed. The owner has a log book documenting this work.
The local dock has electricity and water at Barren River Lake.
