2024 Steeler Ocean Explorer 72 Boat in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 US

Built to cross oceans The Ocean Explorer 72 is a true long-range motor yacht, designed for owners who want the freedom to cruise beyond conventional boundaries. At 72.7 ft, she combines the strength and seaworthiness of a steel hull with the weight advantages of an aluminum superstructure, offering exceptional volume, comfort and range. With a 21.2 ft beam, the Ocean Explorer 72 provides generous living spaces across all decks, while four staterooms offer comfortable accommodation for extended stays on board. Double-insulated glazing and extensive thermal insulation further contribute to a quiet and comfortable interior in a wide variety of climates. Twin MAN engines provide efficient displacement cruising, with a cruising speed of 8 knots, a maximum speed of approximately 12 knots and an indicative range of up to 4,500 nautical miles. With approximately 5,000 US gallons of fuel capacity, the Ocean Explorer 72 is engineered for serious long-distance cruising. Proven across the Atlantic The capabilities of the Ocean Explorer 72 are not just theoretical. The first yacht delivered, Two Bubbles, successfully crossed the Atlantic under her own power, demonstrating the efficiency, comfort and seaworthiness for which the Ocean Explorer range was developed. Whether crossing oceans, exploring remote coastlines or spending extended periods on board, the Ocean Explorer 72 is designed to make long-range cruising comfortable and accessible. Like every Steeler, she can be extensively customized around the way her owner intends to travel. Layout, interior, equipment and technical configuration can all be tailored to create a yacht that is truly personal
