Cons
Weight and Trailers: Being a larger pontoon, the LX 22 R may require a heavier-duty trailer and vehicle for transportation, which could be a consideration for those with storage limitations.
Speed Limitation: While the LX 22 R is designed for comfort and stability, it may not achieve the same high speeds as some more traditional powerboats, which could be a drawback for speed enthusiasts.
Less Suitable for Rough Waters: While stable, pontoon boats can struggle in very rough seas or heavy winds compared to more traditional hull designs, thus requiring cautious navigation in such conditions.
Maintenance Costs: The upkeep of a larger pontoon can be more costly, particularly when considering storage, maintenance, and insurance.
