She is beautifully laid out inside and outside. Additions include New Interior Upholstery, Refinishing of woodwork, New 5.5KW NextGen Generator, Two Dometic Marine Air Systems, A New Isotherm Hot Water Heater, and a 12 Volt Bow Thruster, along with recent full service to the main engine. Pros

Classic Downeast Design: Known for its iconic lobster boat style, it features a rugged and timeless aesthetic that appeals to enthusiasts of traditional New England vessels.

Sturdy Construction: Built with durability in mind, the hull and overall structure are designed to handle rough coastal waters, providing reliability and safety.

Fly Bridge Cruiser: The fly bridge offers excellent visibility and an elevated helm station, enhancing maneuverability and the cruising experience.

Spacious Layout: Ample deck space and a practical interior make it suitable for both fishing and recreational cruising.

Versatility: While designed as a lobster boat, it also functions well as a comfortable cruiser, allowing owners to enjoy leisure boating in addition to work-related use.

Good Resale Value: Classic lobster boats like this often retain value due to their timeless appeal and solid build.

Cons

Older Model: Being a 1990 model, some systems and components may require upgrades or maintenance to meet modern standards.

Fuel Efficiency: Traditional lobster boats tend to have heavier displacement hulls, which can result in lower fuel efficiency compared to more modern, streamlined designs.

Limited Speed: Designed primarily for stability and work rather than speed, it may not satisfy those looking for fast cruising capabilities.

Maintenance: The wooden or wood-trimmed elements typical of Downeast boats may require regular upkeep to preserve their condition.
