When the seller comes down to use her, the marina facility pulls her out of the dry stack and sets her in the water for the owner and while in the water, it is moored in a covered slip, except while out fishing.
The 310 Express cabin features with 6'3" headroom and will sleep (4) in a practical mid-cabin double berth and a convertible dinette/settee that converts to sleep (2). There is an enclosed head compartment with a stand-up head and shower, a full galley and teak & holly flooring.
The large, low maintenance cockpit easily accommodates up to (6) fishermen comfortably and offers standard features like a molded dive platform, transom door, insulated bait-well and overboard draining fish-well.
