Steeping in history, Lathered in awards, exuding the pure energy of the classic yachting era of the early 60's.
Cyane, the custom built S&S 46 is in need of new stewardship.
Built in 1959 for Henry DuPont who raced and domiated with her. She continued for 20 odd years under the care and provision of the current owner. Cyane has been beautifully maintained and always admired.
Unfortunate circumstamces force the sale and Cyane will need to move on to her next chapter.
She was built of aluminum by the Jakobsen Shipard in 1958/1959. While not all information is available, here is the listed equipment and most recent upgrades.
