The Southern Cross was once described as one of the best double ended ocean cruising cutters of its time! Production began in 1978 and ran until 1987 with its full keel and outboard rudder. This particular vessel -- La Belle Vie - Hull # 92 - was built in 1980. She has been restored by her previous and it is a true delight to sit and enjoy this comfortable, beautifully designed cruiser. Very little if anything has to be done to this wonderful boat and the list is long with all of the items that come along with the sale. She's ready to sail! The V-berth with her custom mattress is extremely cozy and comfortable! Her 20 HP Yanmar (2QM20) is one of the best ever made by Yanmar. Dodger, nice sale inventory, shower and excellent storage. If you want to buy a wonderful boat - "just buy a Southern Cross!"
