this 40 silverton has had some pretty nice upgrades to include; all newer simrad electronics and a very new half tower with a soft top and full enclosures, newer air conditioning, helm, and out riggers with telescopic back braces, and newer guages. this is a single stateroom layout with a very roomy interior. in the pictures you will see that the boat does need to be cleaned, and the carpets are being cleaned currently. she has all the creatures of comfort for a nice summer condo. there is a full galley, enclosed head and stall shower, hot water, air and and heat, tv/entertainment system and speakers throughout, large dinette, newer electric windlass, swim platform with ladder. owner is serious about selling her. there is a generator...but it needs some love!
