Wow, this is an amazing Classic Silverton Motor Yacht that has been meticulously maintained and is turn key ready. Her two-stateroom design is arranged with the galley and dinette down, separated from the salon by serving counters. This is a spacious interior for a 40-footer with plenty of natural lighting and neutral decor. Both heads are fitted with shower stalls, and light oak interior woodwork. The aft deck with the addition of the hard top is a great outside entertainment area with room for several pieces of deck furniture on the full width aft deck. The flybridge is arrange with guest seating aft of the helm.

This boat will sleep 8 comfortably. The bow is quite spacious and much larger than many boat so it is another great space for hanging out. This boat is a fresh water boat and been kept in the local area since new.

Everything works and a list is available of dates of replacement or service upon request.
