Kohler genset is Non-op, There is a 2000watt Predator Inverter Generator that is included with the sale. I have the ability to remove (kohler unit) and as a replacement would recommend a lithium "house" battery bank with an inverter that would easily power the vessels electrical needs for extended stay away from the dock. I can help facilitate this for a new owner. (The only appliances that need 120v power aboard are the electric cooktop and microwave)
Walking into the salon you'll find newly upholstered appointments everywhere you look, New vinyl sheet flooring through salon and galley, the new LED lighting brightens things up when you want to enjoy the privacy all of the new window shaded provide and huge windows let all of the natural light in when you want to enjoy your surroundings. There isn't any AC but two large sliding windows and the aft sliding door allow the San Diego breeze to keep it nice and comfortable inside.
The galley has a 120/12v Fridge, newer microwave and a brand new electric cooktop. The single round sink leaves adequate countertop space and there's a drop in section to cover the basin when more space is needed. There is a surprising amount of storage to be found through the salon and galley.
One of the best features about this 362 is the split head (to port) and shower enclosure (starboard) which allows both to be used simultaneously and keeps the head dry! Both are impressively spacious for a 36' boat that offers also offers a guest stateroom. A brand new 11 gallon water heater, rebuilt macerating toilet, built in storage/medicine cabinet and a molded, flip down seat cover over the head make activities in these two areas feel like a much larger boat.
Twin freshwater cooled 7.4L Crusader 454XL's push this Silverton around with ease, cruising in the low 20mph range and able to hit speeds around 30, wether you're heading to Glorietta Bay or south to the Islands, you won't be the last ones there!
With only 730 hours on them and a whole slew of maintenance records including a fresh oil change, raw water pumps, manifolds and risers, coolant system flush, new V drive units, cutlass bearings, shaft seals, rudders repacked and more, "Pacific Time" is ready for you to enjoy YOUR TIME on the water!
