The 100% All composite outer hull is hand laminated utilizing fine finish exterior fiberglass matt, high strength structural biaxial fiberglass fabric, composite core material and a layer of Dupont Kevlar over the entire bottom for extreme strength and puncture resistance. The outer hull is structurally reinforced with hand laminated full-length composite stringers and keel. The high-density composite transom is reinforced with hand laminated composite knee braces.
