Other Selene boats for sale in Florida, United States
A prime example of the popular Selene 53 with twin John Deere mains and a recent generator. While easily run by a couple, The Concession has been cruised and maintained by a professional captain and crew for the last three years. The Concession is in excellent mechanical condition. Two staterooms, two heads with "office" attached to the master stateroom. She is a three-time Great Loop veteran that is ready to go again!
Named for one of the greatest acts of sportsmanship of all time, (Ryder Cup 1969-Google it) "The Concession" lives up to her name and history!
Layout
Entry from the aft deck through a “Dutch Door” or either side deck into the pilothouse. Entering the main salon from aft the beautiful main salon has an “L” shaped lounge and table on port, two chairs on starboard, a bar area forward on starboard and the open galley forward on port. Up three wide steps to the climate-controlled pilothouse with dinette and pilot berth!
Down the wide and easy spiral stairway on starboard to the staterooms, office and engine room access. Combination unit washer/dryer conveniently located off stairway.
Guest stateroom forward has a queen berth, lots of storage and closets, private head with split, separate shower.
Midships is the master queen bed stateroom with lot of closets, storage and an office/stateroom.
To starboard is the master head and separate stall shower with an access door to the engine room. Great for the morning check out without opening a hatch in the salon floor!
Outside, the FIBERGLASS DECKS have great bullworks and handrails for safe passage and line handling when the weather is not perfect. The Portuguese bridge separates the passage from the walkways and the foredeck. Docking stations port and starboard make short-handed docking easy! Bench seating forward on the Portuguese bulwark is a very popular spot!
The flybridge can be accessed from the pilothouse or aft curved stairway. A rare find on yachts this size. Bridge station has complete electronics package, Stidd helm and companion seats, and “L” shaped lounge/dinette to port and wet bar to starboard. Tender is carried aft on the starboard side and has a hydraulic davit.

A wonderful “U” shaped galley is open to the main salon, so the chef is still part of the party!
