Seawind assembles the best materials, with the best workmanship and produces the most reliable production cruising catamarans. Take a good look at this 2008 Seawind 1160 and try to prove me wrong! Cubo Lista did what Seawinds are built for. She sailed all over SF Bay, then south to the channel islands, then to Mexico, the Sea of Cortez, then all the way back up to SF Bay. In over 3000 miles, exactly one little thing broke. Call me, I'll show you.
After returning from cruising, and before putting her up for sale, this owner replaced the standing rigging, the mainsail, the jib, the screacher and its torsion cable, and head hoses. He put in a new generator, Achilles dinghy and Honda motor and solar panels. He hauled out, added 2 coats Micron CSC, serviced the folding props, unstepped and inspected the mast and added LED lights. He replaced both Yanmar panels (the LEDs were fading). She’s buffed and waxed. Even the doorway threshold was stripped and refinished. That’s a great owner, getting a great boat ready to sell. Call me at 510 469 3330, I can go on about it.
