1978 Potter Built SeaCraft 23 Sceptre with a Yamaha 250 4 stroke outboard mounted on a Armstrong bracket.
Step aboard this beautifully maintained 1978 Potter-Built SeaCraft Sceptre 23 Walkaround, a true classic with legendary performance and a modern twist. Powered by a Yamaha 250 F250XB four-stroke outboard mounted on an Armstrong bracket, this SeaCraft delivers smooth, efficient power with just 183 hours on the clock.
The Potter-built hull is known for its exceptional ride and seaworthiness, and this one has been carefully preserved.
It recently received its first-ever bottom paint, a Vivid finish with full barrier coat, applied in 2025. Up top, a Fishing Boats Unlimited tower gives you that elevated vantage point, while a full Isinglass enclosure and cockpit awning with removable sides and back make it comfortable in any weather.
Inside, you'll find a clean, comfortable V-berth with updated cushions throughout. Navigation and fishing are handled by a Garmin GPS, radar, and fish finder, while a fiberglass bait tank, Lewmar windlass with a claw anchor, and large midships storage for dive bottles make it ideal for both fishing and diving adventures.
The Previous Owner stated that the Fuel Cell is 125 gallons. That has not been confirmed.
Classic lines, updated power, and meticulous care make this 23-foot SeaCraft a standout example of the famous Potter-built legacy-- ready for the season.
