Wow, what a boat! This boat is separated from the other Sundancers on the market by the introduction of the Cummins/ Zeus pod drive system. It is faster, more efficient, quieter, and is just a pleasure handling around the docks. The Zeus drives have a Skyhook feature where at the push of a button the boat will hold its heading and location. This is great when setting those fenders and lines, waiting for a fuel dock or a bridge opening. The joy stick takes all the guess work and sweat out of docking in most any conditions.
She has a black hull, all white topsides, and black canvas that encloses the entire cockpit for those questionable weather days. She has a wide 14 foot beam that gives you plenty of room below and on the helm deck. The cockpit has ample seating for about 6 on the U-shaped settee which doubles as a sun pad. If relaxing in the evening there is an additional TV mount on the starboard side. The helm seat is adjacent to a double companion seat both of which have a great site line.
As in most Sea Ray Sundancer models down below utilizes its space wonderfully. Down a few steps and aft is a seating area that converts to a double berth for those extra guests. To starboard is the day head that can be the private head for those guests when the compartment is closed. Just forward is a complete galley. It has everything you need to warm up a quick appetizer or prepare a full home (boat) cooked meal. The storage is abundant and every nook and cranny seems to be used. The high gloss lacquered cherry woodwork is stunning and accentuated perfectly with the patterned solid surface countertops. Opposite is a very comfortable settee and table. The split head and shower will be appreciated when you are running late for that out to dinner and are in each other's way. The bow stateroom has a centerline queen berth and plenty of headroom and an overhead hatch. There are two opposing closets and plenty of drawers and cabinets for all your clothes. The bow rail comes far enough back to walk the side decks safely. The bow has removable sun pads for the sun worshippers that are still out there. This boat will cruise in the high 20 knot range and top out in the high 30 range. She has very low hours and ready to go!
