The 400 EC basically retains the 390's innovative two-stateroom, floorplan, albeit completely updated and restyled. A sliding wall partition opens the guest cabin's convertible settee to the salon for additional seating during the day - a practical design feature. Outside, the cockpit is fitted with an elevated helm, wet bar, and plenty of guest seating.
Boat has been stored in inside heated storage all its life. In 20 years of its life its summer home was under a boat house cover with a canvas over the entire boat. 2 years ago the interior was completely remodeled and replaced for 25000. New AC done for 5000. New batteries. Generator has 220 hours. We have 7812 Garmin color auto pilot radar costing 15000. Every year boat is waxed professionally.
