This was a very popular boat for Sea Ray. She had a production run from 1994 through 1997, then was reintroduced as a "special edition" in 1999. Having an 8'6" beam allowed her to be traveled and dropped in the water almost anywhere. She had a lot of big boat amenities packed into a 27' length.
Below you have a compact galley that is equipped with a Norcold refrigerator, a single burner cook top, a molded in sink, and a solid surface counter top. Just opposite is a large head that uses the Vacuflush head system, a molded in sink and a shower. The bow dinette can seat four and quickly converts to a berth to sleep two very comfortably. Back on the helm deck area there is an aft facing lounge to port and a double helm seat to starboard. The aft seating and the forward facing seating makes sitting at the table easy. This also has filler cushions to make into a sun pad by day and maybe an extra berth by night.
The Mercruiser 7.4L motor pushes her along at a comfortable 22knots plus and tops out above 30 knots. This boat has only had two owners her entire life. She could use a little TLC but nothing out of the ordinary for a boat of this vintage. The current owner has his sights set on the "next" boat and wants this boat to be the next 27 Sea Ray SOLD.
