The SeaRay L550 Fly is a new addition to CRA's luxury L-Class lineup, representing the pinnacle of the brand's design and craftsmanship. This model builds upon the premium features of its predecessors, offering an elegant and functional yacht that balances style with comfort. The L550 Fly is designed to provide multiple social and entertainment areas, both inside and out, with a focus on luxury and usability.
Exterior Design and Flybridge
The flybridge is a central feature of the L550 Fly, accessed via stairs on the port side of the cockpit with conveniently placed grab handles. It offers a variety of social spaces, including a J-shaped settee to starboard with advanced padding and ergonomically angled seat backs for enhanced comfort. This seating surrounds a large teak pedestal table with expandable leaves supported by stainless rails. The front seat back is adjustable to create convertible seating, and storage is available beneath the footrest. Forward lounges feature adjustable leg supports, padded armrests, and comfortable seat backs. Behind the helm station, an entertainment center includes a sink, grill, stainless steel grab handle, and a refrigerated drawer. The entire seating area is protected by a standard hardtop with an opening sunroof and an aft extendable awning. An optional extended hardtop is also available, featuring full enclosure and bridge air conditioning and heating. The swim platform is finished in teak and extends hydraulically by four feet six inches to facilitate launching or creating a private beach. Boarding doors on both sides of the cockpit provide easy access to the side decks. Moving forward, the bow area serves as another entertainment venue with a triangular seating arrangement and a side-mounted teak pedestal table. The forward seat backs can be cleverly stored by lifting the seat and folding down the seat back, allowing for a versatile and comfortable gathering space. The bow is equipped with stereo controls, USB and MP3 inputs, and mounts for a bimini to provide shade.
