Walk-through transom door, power windlass, raynav 580 loran, swim platform with ladder. Battery switch, 30 amp shore power. Large cockpit hatchs provide good access to the engines and bilge. Compact cabin with galley and enclosed head.  Well maintained by owner, full manuals. BRAND NEW (dark blue) full cavnvas enclosure, e-glass and screens at a cost of 5k!!!  Cheapest 27 around.
