Description
This is the best-equipped turn-key 48 Sedan available. Some notable items include updated electronics, bridge air conditioning, Sea Deck on the bridge and aft deck, hydraulic platform, Cummins QSM 11 engines, aft deck sun shade, and a new bridge enclosure.
The vessel features Cummins QSM-11 engines for both port and starboard, along with 2100 hours on the generator. .
At 1,144 engine hours, the heat exchanger, aftercooler, and gear cooler were serviced; exhaust manifolds (rear and front) were replaced; a new turbo and wrap were installed; coolant was flushed; and air filters were updated. For the starboard engine, coolant was flushed.

In 2013, the following upgrades have been made: in 2013, a Raymarine E-127 multi-function display and dome radar were installed; two new cutlass bearings were installed at the time of purchase; in 2015, both freshwater pumps were replaced; in 2016, a new air conditioning unit was added to the master stateroom; in 2017, the rudder steering arm was rebuilt, deck padding with a teak look was applied to the flybridge, stairs, and cockpit, the bow thruster prop was replaced with a six-blade version, hydraulic lift port-side shock was replaced, and a new seacock basket was installed on the port side; in 2018, flybridge captain chairs received new gas shocks, four bilge pumps in the engine compartment (forward and aft) were replaced, and new seat cushions were added to the cockpit bench; and in 2019, the flybridge water pump was replaced.
Included Items
The boat includes a Garmin GPS and sonar depth finder, stainless rod holders, an eight-gallon built-in fuel tank, and a four-blade stainless steel propeller. Spare props are also provided. Dual GPS and radar systems feature a Raymarine E127 multi-functional display screen with overlaying radar and a Raymarine RL80C display with overlaying radar.
Salon
The salon includes an entertainment center with updated AV equipment, seating including two barrel chairs, and an L-shaped sofa with an electrically operated slide-out bed in Ultraleather HP™. Storage options consist of starboard cabinets, and a movable folding-leaf dining/cocktail table that adjusts hi-lo with stools.
Galley and Dinette
The dinette offers opposing seating with storage below the table. Master Stateroom
The master stateroom features a full-size bed with innerspring mattress, pillows, two sets of sheets, coordinated spread, and drawer storage below with a gas-assisted hatch. Privacy is provided by a hanging door, along with two full-length cedar-lined hanging lockers with lights and beveled mirrored doors. Additional storage includes a mirrored rope locker bulkhead, gunwale cabinets, and a 13" 120V TV/DVD combo with remote and coax outlet.

Electrical Systems
Electrical systems comprise two 8-D batteries with boxes and one Group 27 for the genset; a 120V/50 Amp/12V battery charger/converter; battery charger overcurrent protection; two galvanic isolators; remote circuit breaker panel; DC main breaker panel; main distribution AC and DC panels; Glendinning Cablemaster 50 Amp/240V/60-cycle shore power with 75' cords and wireless remote (not available with 220V/50 cycle); 50 Amp/120V/60-cycle shore power isolation transformers; TV/phone inlet with TV antenna, TV shore cord, and phone shore cord; and color-coded wiring with chafe protection.
Systems
The generator is a remote-start Onan® diesel with muffler, freshwater cooling, fuel filter, seacock, and seawater strainer at 240V 13.5 kW. Air conditioning and heating feature a zone-controlled reverse-cycle system (38,000 BTU) with a custom integral vent system. The engine room includes two 12V automatic bilge pumps, one 12V automatic high-water bilge pump and one cabin pump, two 12V bilge blowers, engine drip sumps, power Pac/lift system exhaust mufflers, automatic fire suppression system with manual pull, freshwater cooling, gel-coated engine room with 2" oyster insulation and vinyl barrier, removable stainless steel ladder, 12V lighting, oil changer system for engines, transmissions, and generator, and engine synchronizer.
The fuel system offers a crossover fuel system; three Racor® fuel filters (two 75-1000MAX for engines, one 500MA for generator); USCG Type A-1 fuel lines; and two aluminum fuel tanks with anti-siphon valves and electric sending units. The water system includes an engine room freshwater hose and spigot, freshwater washdown spigot, pressure water system with dual 12V pumps, cockpit hot and cold shower, 240V 18-gallon water heater, dockside water inlet, and 140-gallon water tank. Waste systems consist of a central drain system, VacuFlush® head system, MDP and heads holding tank level indicators, 68-gallon holding tank with dockside pump-out, and automatic sump box with pump.
Underwater gear features a bonding system with zinc hull plate; two 2 1/2" Aquamet 22 stainless steel propeller shafts; Nibral four-blade cup propellers; manganese-bronze rudders with stainless steel posts; seacocks on all underwater fittings; seawater strainers; dripless shaft logs with extra seal carrier kit; manganese-bronze struts; and hydraulic trim tabs.
