Docked in a covered slip in freshwater, this boat is owned and maintained to perfection by the kind of captain that you want to buy a boat from. Impeccable inside and outside, cosmetically and mechanically, this two-owner boat is ready to go and is truly turn-key.
In the last ~4 years, Cheri Pie has undergone many updates including all new interior carpet, fabric covered walls, wood blinds, and LED lighting throughout. The audio system is powered by a new Garmin Fusion stereo with JL Audio speakers and is connected to the interior Bose system, enabling a true "whole boat" audio experience. The captain installed a phone-based monitoring system with water leak detection, temperature, and humidity monitoring throughout. The genuine SeaDek flooring looks amazing having been installed on the bridge, bridge stairs, cockpit, and swim platform.
There's too much to list as the owner has gone through virtually all of the boat and systems, with notable improvements being: All new sanitation hoses, complete bottom job with 5 epoxy barrier coats beneath high-quality anti-fouling paint, new depth & sea temp transducers, Pronautic 24v battery charger, 4 recent 8D batteries, Tides Marine shaft seals, underwater SeaVision RGB LEDs, New hydraulic rams for swim platform, Two new CTM Marine 12K BTU AC units (5 total AC units on boat), USB ports installed throughout, and much more.
As expected from a perfectionist captain, all maintenance performed regularly including impellers (motors and generator), oil, oil filters, fuel filters, strainers, AC flushes, etc. If something wasn't working properly, it was fixed - from port to starboard, bow to stern, latches, lights, pumps, sensors, you name it... everything works!
