Powered by the preferred twin MerCruiser Horizon 454 MPI Motors, they are simple to use and cheap to maintain. Low, under 400Hours, there is plenty of life left on these engines. They don't have the smell, noise, maintenance or repair costs of the diesels, and for what 99% of owners use these boats for, gas power is more then sufficient.
Super roomy boat, I was impressed by all the space on this 40 footer. Nicely appointed twin cabin, twin head layout with galley down. Impressive use of high quality wood and workmanship that Sea Ray is known for.
A full compliment of Raytheon Electronics all neatly installed, Radar, GPS, VHF, Tri-Data, Autopilot. The Bridge is huge with unique seating with table just behind the Captain and Companion seat. Owner had retro-fitted the aft enclosure to extend out to the radar arch, making for more headroom on the bridge.
