"Lexa Brooke" is a second owner 2006 Sea Ray 40 MY that has been maintained and cared for like part of the family. From her original purchase new she was moored in freshwater on Lake Michigan until the current owner took ownership in 2017. She was then moved to Florida and kept in a neighborhood marina with a lock system on a fresh water lagoon, and most recently kept in a secure well protected private marina. Deep cleaned and detailed routinely and services are up to date. The 40 MY Sea Ray is one of the most sought after cruising yachts in her class. The layout and amenities make for a very comfortable and accommodating owner operator cruising vessel. It is very hard to find a 40'er with the cruise and livability as this 40 MY model. "Lexa Brooke" is powered with Twin Cummins 6CTA8.3-M 480 HP diesels with only 728 operating hours.
