The helm of the 370 Sundancer is ergonomically designed with a clean layout that includes an optional Raymarine hybrid display positioned to port. Waterproof switches are mounted on a faux wood panel flanking the SmartKraft VesselView display, complemented by analog gauges above. The Axios control pad is conveniently located on the right, featuring the Skyhook position-keeping system on the test boat. Digital engine controls with tall sticks provide comfortable operation whether seated or standing. The helm seat is double-wide with dual flip-up bolsters, and multiple footrests enhance comfort. Access to the windshield walkthrough is facilitated by molded steps angled at 30 degrees, with interconnected upper and lower latches for secure closure. The foredeck features non-skid surfaces along the centerline and notably wide 13-inch side decks, a feature often omitted by other builders to maximize cockpit space.
