She has been serviced since new with MarineMax and spent all of but the last 2 seasons in fresh water. "DOLCE SOGNO" is the wider 27 version with a 9'2" beam and a Dinette on the port side that folds away for sleeping when not in use.
The current owner bought the boat in 2013 with new risers, manifolds and transom assembly. The canvas and isinglass were only 1 season old as well. Being a fresh water boat shows as it is well above average cosmetically. They are looking to move up and have priced it aggressively.
