Design and Construction
The Spark features an exoskeleton design made from a recyclable material called Polytech. This modular construction allows for individual body pieces to be replaced if damaged, reducing repair costs. Despite being an entry-level model, the Spark boasts an angular, modern aesthetic with 60 different graphic options available for customization. Ergonomics are a priority, with a dedicated team including a doctorate-level expert ensuring rider comfort across a range of sizes. The seat is contoured for two riders, with a grab strap and side and rear handles for safety. A three-person seat option is available but requires upgrading to the more powerful 90-horsepower engine.
