Power and Performance
Powered by triple 300 horsepower Evinrude E-Tech G2 outboard engines turning 15 by 20 stainless steel props, the Scout 350 LXF demonstrated impressive performance during testing. It achieved a top speed of 59.4 miles per hour at 5,850 RPM, consuming 72.7 gallons of fuel per hour and providing a range of approximately 265 miles at that speed. The most efficient cruise speed was found at 3,500 RPM, delivering 33.8 miles per hour while burning 22.7 gallons per hour, extending the range to 483 miles. The boat planes quickly, reaching planing in 3.4 seconds and accelerating to 30 miles per hour in 7.1 seconds. Although sea conditions during testing were calm, the boat showed composed behavior crossing wakes.
