THE GOOD, BAD and UGLY

This vessel is will worth bringing back to sail the seas again. She is has been here in fresh water for the past 10 years and I am afraid mostly forgotten but a good scrub down would raise the price $5000.00.     She needs carpet, and 2 Molly Maids for about 3 days inside, bright work done, buffed and waxed,  hauled and bottom done, the  6 cyl inline diesel runs well.

It has newer washer/dryer , newer ice maker, dinghy davits, vhf, compass ,gps. The electronics have not been tested. Roller furling, mainsail have not been raised in the last few years, no soft spots found in the deck.  She was very well cared for not to long ago.  Illness and conditions that came up are reasons for condition and sale.

With elbow grease, time and some money she could once again tall.  This Schucker is one of the best traveling and by far the most economical way to sea the world by water.

She is located on the TN River and can run to the Gulf.

Maintenance Requirements: As with many boats of this age, ongoing maintenance and occasional repairs may be necessary to keep the vessel in top condition.

Fuel Consumption: The auxiliary engine, while powerful, can consume more fuel compared to pure sailboats, leading to higher operational costs.
