The original owner raised pilothouse M/Y which has been continually maintained to extremely high standards. "Lori Ann" is the best on the market in the 90 range under 2 million. CAT C-32's were rebuilt at 900 hours after moisture was detected in oil samples due to intrusion at aftercoolers. Work performed by CAT certified. Minimal 1,300 hours (total) on this boat. Hydraulic thrusters, capstans and both windlasses. Twin 31K gen sets, watermaker, life raft, sat phone, sat TV, passerelle. She is set up extremely well and mechanically is in superior condition.
Large and stable vessel with a 20-21 knot cruise (65-70% engine load).

June and July of 2018 - In addition to yard work we also did: All exhaust removed and serviced as necessary, charged air system serviced including rebuilt turbos, complete system flush and service of the hydraulic system, main engines fluid change and main engine heat exchangers removed and serviced. Main engine heat exchangers removed and serviced.
Passerelle removed, serviced and reinstalled.
Trim tabs serviced.
A/C chiller system - There are three AC chiller compressors. Two are new, the other was changed out two years ago.
