2023 Totally Rebuilt 1990 Salt Shaker 300. Rebuilt from the keel up. Turns heads like a new boat.
This isn't a 35 year old boat with just fresh paint. In 2023 it was stripped to the bare hull by Target Boats and completely rebuilt, every system, every wire, every tank.
What came out of the finished product is a custom offshore center console with cuddy cabin that rivals anything new on the water, at a fraction of the cost
This vessel was the owners fathers boat, a custom-built Salt Shaker 300 which he cared for himself. When the current owner took ownership, he made the decision to do the refit the boat right.
Target boats stripped it down to the hull, soda-blasted, repainted with Pettit Odyssey (2024), and varnished the rails.
Nothing was patched or cosmetically refreshed. If it moved it was replaced.

1979 Salt shaker began building a limit production semi-custom-built sport fisherman to rival its competitors
known for attention to detail, and high quality. The 30' Salt shaker quickly became very popular among sport fishing
enthusiasts in the center console arena.
