The Sailfish 320 CC has a maximum rating of 700 HP and is loaded with upgraded fishing features. Its Variable Degree Stepped hull design makes the 320 CC dry, responsive, and quite agile. With impressive fishing features and those fit for family fun, the 320 CC will take you from an offshore fishing trip to a sunset cruise in the same day.
The helm has a large dash capable of flush mounting a 16" screen and includes a compass, an accessory switch panel with circuit breakers, full digital instrumentation, hydraulic steering, and a stainless-steel tilt steering wheel with a power knob. Optional electronics include Garmin GPS/plotter options, Garmin radar, a Garmin VHF, a remote spotlight for the hardtop, and a Fusion/Wet Sounds audio system.
Fishing features include a 30-gallon transom baitwell, a 35-gallon leaning post livewell, built-in tackle storage, an in-deck fish box, stainless steel rod holders, downrigger ball holders, a console top organizer, tackle storage, and recessed rod holders.
Other value-adding features include transom and leaning post showers, a walk-in console with a freshwater sink, a forward console removable cooler seat, a four-step swim ladder, built-in rigging tubes, cockpit bolster pads, cockpit toe rails, oversized bilge access, recessed rod holders, trim tabs, and a walk through transom door.

Designed as a serious offshore fishing machine, it combines robust construction with family-friendly amenities. The boat's build incorporates advanced composites, including Kevlar and carbon fiber reinforcements in high-stress areas, and flotation foam-filled stringers to enhance strength while reducing weight.
Exterior Design and Deck Features
The 320CC features a variable degree stepped bottom hull with a sharper dead rise at the keel that flattens toward the chine, complemented by a small keel pad to improve efficiency. The sharp bow design effectively slices through chop and minimizes spray. The cockpit is designed with functionality in mind, including tow rails and under-gunnel rod racks on each side, four dedicated downrigger ball holders, and a 30-gallon live well in the stern. A pull-up freshwater shower, cup holders, and rod holders are also integrated. The cockpit deck houses a draining, insulated 320-quart fish box with stainless steel strut support, and multiple insulated locker hatches throughout the deck provide ample storage. Access to pumps, through-hull shutoffs, seacocks, and boarding ladders is thoughtfully arranged, though some areas, such as the seacock access, require a long reach.
