This 2023 Sailfish 276 DC is back at Performance East and now available for sale on consignment. We originally sold this boat new and have continued to maintain it for the current owner, so it is a boat we are very familiar with.
Powered by twin white Yamaha F200s with only 53 hours, this 276 DC is well equipped for everything from offshore fishing to cruising and family days on the water. Factory options include Yamaha Joystick, twin Garmin GPSMAP displays, Garmin B60 Airmar thru-hull transducer, VHF radio, port-side dive door with ladder, Entertainment Package, bow filler cushion, bow shower, underwater lighting, and more.
Since originally being sold, the boat has also been upgraded with a full Isinglass enclosure and custom SeaDek throughout the boat. It has been maintained by our team here at Performance East and also carries Yamaha Extended Service coverage.

Overview
The Sailfish 276 Dual Console is designed as a versatile vessel that balances fishing capabilities with family-friendly features. It offers a spacious layout that accommodates both anglers and passengers comfortably, making it suitable for a variety of recreational boating activities.
Exterior Design and Deck Layout
The boat features an intelligently designed cockpit with ample room for fishing and family seating. The stern includes a removable cooler integrated into a stern-facing seat with multiple locking positions, complemented by a wide seat with built-in storage, a Corian countertop, two stainless steel cup holders, and a sink. Extended swim platforms flank the engines, with a four-step reboarding ladder to port and self-draining storage to starboard, allowing easy movement across the stern. The observer seat is well-padded and includes storage, a footrest, grab handles, cup holders, and a speaker. The tempered glass walk-through windshield locks securely and includes a wind dam between the consoles. Forward, the bow area offers spacious, comfortable seating with drop-down armrests and removable cushions that convert into a sun pad. Storage is abundant, including a built-in self-draining cooler, large compartments accessible from both the bow and helm console, and dedicated storage for the pedestal table. Additional features include a non-skid shelf with connectivity options, stainless steel grab handles designed to avoid pinch points, and Wet Sounds speakers.
Fishing Features
The 276 Dual Console is equipped with sixteen rod holders distributed across the cap rails, tower, and stern, some of which double as drink holders. The port side includes an aerated bait station with an acrylic cover and blue interior designed to keep bait fresh. The cockpit houses two large fish boxes, while the bow contains a self-draining insulated fish locker, enhancing the boat's fishing functionality.
Helm and Operational Features
The helm is thoughtfully arranged with a compass aligned directly with the stainless steel three-spoke steering wheel, which is mounted on a tilt base with hydraulic steering and a steering knob. The dashboard accommodates two ten-inch screens, a seven-inch Yamaha display, and a Fusion stereo system. Toggle switches are grouped and illuminated when active, with trip tap controls and Yamaha engine controls conveniently positioned. Additional helm features include a windlass control, molded footrest with a non-skid surface, VHF radio, and switches for various lighting and the retractable Sure Shade awning. The helm seat is mounted on a molded platform with diamond-stitched padding, adjustable locking armrests, a flip bolster, and electric fore-and-aft adjustment. The standard fiberglass tower top is supported by a robust powder-coated superstructure, providing six feet six inches of headroom underneath.
Additional Deck Equipment
At the bow, a gas-assisted hatch reveals a Lumar windlass connected to a through-stem anchor roller, equipped with a six-inch cleat, remote control, safety cable, 200 feet of rope, and 15 feet of chain. The deck includes flip navigation lights, pull-up cleats on each side, and a fresh water washdown to port. The port side cockpit offers access to bait well plumbing, a charging port, and display. Two-inch deck drains are located on each side. A central transom hatch provides full access to batteries, bilge pumps, battery charger, circuit breakers, fuel and water separators, and primer bulbs. A removable tub within the nine-inch stern step reveals raw water washdown plumbing, and battery switches are positioned at the entry bulwarks.
Power and Performance
The Sailfish 276 Dual Console measures 29 feet 4 inches in length overall, with a beam of 9 feet 1 inch and a draft of 18 inches. Its dry weight is 7,050 pounds, with a test weight of approximately 8,749 pounds including four people, fuel, and equipment. Powered by twin 150 horsepower Yamaha four-stroke engines driving 14 1/4 by 17 Reliance propellers, the boat achieved a top speed of 42 miles per hour at 5,900 RPM. Optimal cruising speed was recorded at 25.8 miles per hour at 4,000 RPM, with a fuel consumption of 12.8 gallons per hour, yielding a range of 341 statute miles while maintaining a 10% reserve of the 188-gallon total fuel capacity. Acceleration tests showed the boat planing in 6.2 seconds, reaching 20 miles per hour in 7.7 seconds, and 30 miles per hour in 9.5 seconds. Handling is responsive and precise, reflecting the boat’s offshore pedigree.
