Three careful owners have shaped Legasea's history. Her previous owner was a former Sabre dealer who sold her new to her original owners, then bought her back in 2024 and maintained her in Bristol condition. Her current owner has continued that standard with meticulous care and has since brought her to the West Coast.
She offers a two cabin, two head layout with queen berths in each stateroom, ideal for extended cruising in comfort. Her power comes from twin Volvo D8 700 engines with Volvo IPS drives, delivering a smooth 27 knot cruise. Comfort and handling are enhanced by joystick control, dynamic positioning, cruise control, auto trim, and a Seakeeper 5 that keeps her level at anchor and underway.
Factory highlights include a fiberglass cockpit cabinet with electric grill, sink and fridge, teak cockpit decking, dual Garmin 8617 glass displays and much more. Recent service includes both engines and cooling systems serviced, new heat exchangers, new AGM house batteries, new Xantrex inverter/charger, Starlink, just to name a few.
