Drambuoy is a unique, truly custom 2010 Sabre Yacht.
The owner, a builder of premiere custom homes and properties along with the talented Sabre design team, came up with this remarkable one of a kind 42' Hardtop Express Sabre. The timing happened to allow for this unique design collaboration which resulted in many spatial, aesthetic and efficient additions.
To appreciate every upgrade (with many details taken from the Sabre Yacht 52 including custom granite, cabinetry and more) please read the entire specification list - and we promise you won't be disappointed; otherwise we'd have to be writing "custom" in front of most every area of this yacht!
Drambuoy is equipped with 425hp Cummins with Zeus pod drives and has been meticulously cared for by her original owner. She is also equipped with a Skyhook Positioning System, FreedomLift hydraulic tender lift system with wireless remote control, and top of the line Furuno electronics plus...
The cockpit boasts an L-shaped seating area along with opposing aft seating allowing room for 6 or more. The starboard cabinet contains an icemaker with a built-in Gaggenau electric grill. The teak cockpit has an awning to offer shade from the sun, protection from the rain, morning or evening dew.
One enters the salon, through the custom aluminum door that is attached to the custom fiberglass and glass aft bulkhead. There is no need to un-zip and roll up a canvas enclosure.
Once inside this beautiful salon, you will notice at once the differences between this and a standard layout. The salon has an over sized L-shaped settee to port, along with a larger salon table. There is cabinetry to starboard that contains a beverage cooler, TV, electrical panel and storage. The helm is also all custom, with a much larger helm display area. The electronics are top of the line Furuno. The captain and mate Stidd seats both turn around for entertaining at the end of the boating day.
A wide passageway and a few steps down brings you to the oversized galley to port. Fashioned after the galley on the Sabre 52, it's equipped with custom granite countertop, Sub-Zero wine cooler, refrigerator drawers and dishwasher.
The guest cabin has a custom pocket door and the master cabin and head are larger than standard with exceptional additions.
