This Sabre 38 MK II is a classic, high end, powerful beauty. Bluewater, racing or cruising; she performs well in all venues, in all types of wind and seas. She turns heads wherever she goes and experienced sailors recognize this yacht to be one of the finest designed sailing vessels.
Owners' stateroom is forward with one of the largest v-berths available; 78" wide and 80" long. Current owners are reluctant to part with Incorrigible for this reason alone. A hanging locker, 4 drawers below berth, vanity with stainless steel sink (hot & cold pressure water), and settee complete this luxurious teak cabin.
The main salon seats 8; L-shaped port settee, straight starboard settee, fold-away table. Headroom of 6'4" adds to the luxury of being below. Port settee becomes a double berth, starboard settee becomes a single berth. Handsome teak storage lockers and open shelving are outboard with additional storage behind settee cushions. You will never want for storage space on this boat.
Nav station faces aft on the starboard side with a dedicated seat (batteries underneath for easy access). Power panel and electronics are above a large, opening nav table.
Enclosed head compartment is aft to starboard with vanity and sink, H & C pressure water, marine toilet and shower with dedicated shower seat.
L-shaped galley is to port with gimbaled CNG stove/oven, molded frig with SeaFrost engine driven refrigeration, double deep stainless sinks with H & C pressure water and ice box drain pump. This galley is a pleasure to use at anchor and under sail. Ample storage drawers, lockers and shelving make everything easy to reach and easy to store.
Guest cabin is aft to port with privacy door, hanging locker and extensive shelving, some open and some with doors. This cabin has 4 opening ports and a deck hatch for superior ventilation. Berth is oriented fore/aft and is also 6'6" long and comfortably wide. Some owners use this aft cabin as their owners' stateroom.
Cockpit is ergonomically designed with top of the line hardware. Sailors sit, stand, sail, and brace comfortably and safely in all types of weather. This S38 is a joy and will not disappoint under sail or at anchor.
