It'll be a tough task to find a 2018 Regulator 31 in this good of shape, as she shows extremely well. The first thing to know on this 31 is that her actual length with the bracket is 36'5"...she looks and feels way bigger then her model designator. She has been dry-stored out of the sun and used minimally by her current owner. Only 403 total operating hours on this 31 and she's powered by two trusty bulletproof 300 Yamahas.
Bonus Optimus Joystick steering with SetPoint (GPS holds you in place). Fan-favorite side entry door a plus, too. Plenty of seating, including bow backrests, captain's seats with individual footrests, and a rear flip-up seat, which stows for more cockpit space. She had SeaDek installed last season and the decking is in fantastic shape. Great teak color adding some pop to her all-white hull. The color scheme is ideal...classic full white hull, and for those who prefer no chipped powder coat, she is equipped with anodized pipes...always a plus in our eyes when a boat has no powder coat. We actually order our stock Albury Brothers without powder coat, as well. Less is always more over time :)
