This Regulator 23 is very clean and has been optioned with a beautiful pastel green hull color and painted fiberglass T-Top with rocket launchers. This Regulator 23 has been equipped with twin Raymarine 12u201d hybrid touch units with Radar, GPS, and Fish Finding, Yamaha digital display, a new Icom VHF, an extra 2 stern and 2 bow rod holders, out riggers, underwater lights, new lower unit installed for Yamaha F300, has never had bottom paint, and the seller has had the 120-quart transom fishbox plumed to be a livewell allowing this boat to have a 50 gallon bait capacity.
