2021 Regal 36 XO for sale, in pristine condition, fully loaded with SEAKEEPER, and impeccably maintained with 395 hours of operation by its single owner. Whether on a lift (in season) or in a boathouse (out of season), this boat has been super well cared for and never bottom-painted. Custom gray-metallic paint on the hull with black boot stripe make for a stunning combination. All upholstery is in pristine condition, with white and titanium on the upper deck and a light beige down below in the cabin. All punch-list items that come with new boat ownership have been addressed, making this boat a real gem.
Equipped with twin Yamaha F-425 XTO V-8 engines (390 hours), a Fischer Panda 8kw diesel generator (470 hours), two A/C units, and a SeaKeeper 3 for added boating stability and enjoyment.
Rear of the salon has a removable makrolon enclosure which when installed offers a cool (or heated) comfortable year-round boating experience. When removed, the combined salon and patio provide for a large open area to enjoy. Open the sunroof and the front sliding door to the bow for a complete open-air experience.
Lazarette under the cockpit opens up via an electric lift, providing a spacious area to store large coolers, water toys, paddle boards, an inflatable dinghy, or other things like bikes or golf clubs.
Custom flooring is comprised of removable gray Seamatt in the salon, and gray SeaDek on the bow, cockpit and wrap-around swim platform areas.
Black mesh wrap-around privacy cover for the windshield and side windows, providing for added privacy and for keeping the salon sheltered from the sun's rays and heat - in addition to the optional factory window tint. There's also a removable full aft canvas/isinglass enclosure, useful to protect the boat when not in use, or for added covered living space when on a trip and living aboard.
Key features include an interior walkthrough from the salon to the bow where you'll find multi-position bow seating, a manual bow area shade cover, and a protective seat cover for the bow seats when not in use. Galley is equipped with two spacious refrigerators, a cooktop burner, sink, inset trash bin, electric grill, and drawers for storage below the counter, including additional storage under the salon seats. Two removable teak tables - one for the salon, where you can stay cool and dry while you dine and watch TV (which drops from the ceiling at the touch of a switch), and a second table (after-market addition) for the patio where you can enjoy an outdoor dining experience. Stern offers ample aft/patio seating, with the rear seat converting to a sun-bathing platform. While underway, the flexible port side seat next to the helm can be raised up to enjoy the view with the captain. Down below, cabin has a v-berth queen bed with TV, and a spacious settee in the mid-cabin that converts to a king bed with another TV. To complete the lower quarters, the 36xo has a seating area with storage cabinetry and microwave oven, and an elegant head with a separate 6'5" walk-in shower. Equipped with a central vacuum system which can be used in both the cabin below and in the salon above.
Regal has done a very nice job maximizing the space and utility of all aspects of this boat, making it very practical, versatile, and comfortable to enjoy!
