Measuring 19 feet 10 inches in length overall with a beam of 8 feet 3 inches and a draft of 32 inches, the Regal 19 Surf weighs 3,100 pounds empty. During testing with full fuel and three passengers, the estimated weight was 3,915 pounds. Powered by a Volvo Penta V6 200 engine paired with a forward drive and Regal's fast track stepped tall propeller, the boat achieved a top speed of 42.2 miles per hour at 5,600 RPM.
