Storage lockers, cabinets, a cable master outlet, faucet, sink, and a cockpit cover enhance functionality. Aft, a teak swim platform with cleats allows for dinghy docking, and a center door leads to the Crew/Engine Room Area.
The aft deck is a popular gathering spot with a full hard overhang for sun and weather protection. It features an electric drop-down rod storage and LED lighting. A beautiful, newly varnished teak cap rail and stainless steel rails enhance the teak-finished deck. The port side offers L-shaped seating for four with a teak table, plus an additional table between seating areas. Boarding gates on both sides make docking easy, while a rear rail with five rod holders caters to fishing enthusiasts. A teak ladder leads to the top deck, and a starboard gate provides cockpit access. A Texoline sun screen and cushion covers add extra comfort.
The newly varnished cap rail extends forward, enhancing the yacht's elegance. A walkway with a grab rail connects the aft and forward decks for easy navigation. The forward deck features a Muir windlass, stainless steel anchor, ACR spotlight, and Texoline windshield cover. It includes a cable master for the 100 amp shore cord and a plug for the ZF remote control. Seamless, frameless windows with blue LED accent lights add sophistication.
The flybridge of "Seanote" features a spacious design with a sturdy hardtop and a hinged mast for radar and antennas, which can be lowered to reduce height. It includes nine recessed lights and a maintenance hatch. The helm area has a Pompanette bench seat, with a console equipped with Garmin chart plotters, Simrad autopilot, and more. There are L-shaped seating areas on both sides, each with a table, and protective covers. A console behind offers a grill, icemaker, and refrigerator. A new 6-person life raft is accessible for emergencies. Aft, a hatch leads to the aft deck, accompanied by a control station for fishing and docking, including sportfish-style controls. The Steel Head Marine Davit supports the 13-foot Novarania dinghy, which was retubed in 2018. U rails surround the aft flybridge for easy water toy launching.
A teak and holly staircase leads from the flybridge to the spacious pilothouse, featuring a full console with a varnished teak steering wheel and forward-facing windows with heavy-duty wipers. A Pompanette helm chair on the teak and holly floor adds elegance. Wing doors on both sides enhance visibility for docking and have pull-out screens for ventilation. The aft view aids in docking from the lower station. Behind the helm is a raised L-shaped seating area with a teak table and storage. Ten recessed lights illuminate the area. The pilothouse includes advanced navigation systems, such as a ZF remote control, Simrad and Raymarine instruments, Garmin chart plotters, MAN engine gauges, and monitoring tools. Generator controls and tank monitors are on the starboard wall.
Two steps down from the pilothouse is the impressive galley. The port side features a spacious L-shaped granite countertop with a Thermador cooktop, stainless steel sink, and new appliances, including a Scotsman icemaker, Bosch dishwasher, and Thermador oven. The starboard side offers a black granite counter with a coffee and snack center, along with two new Isotherm refrigerator/freezer units and a new Avanti refrigerator. A Sharp microwave oven adds convenience. The galley includes ample drawers and cabinets, illuminated by ten LED lights, with a sophisticated black granite floor.
The main salon spans the full beam, offering stunning waterway views through large windows with electric shades. At the aft, a four-panel glass door with a polished stainless border enhances the view and includes a pull-out screen for ventilation. The salon has cherry wood finishes, custom valances, and 12 recessed LED lights. It will soon feature new carpeting and an upholstered L-shaped couch on the port side, paired with a teak table/cabinet. The starboard side includes a cabinet with a 46-inch pop-up TV, wine cooler, entertainment center, and extra storage.
Teak and holly steps lead from the pilothouse to three staterooms. The forward V-berth includes a queen bed, cherry wood walls, a 30" TV, ample storage with seven drawers, hanging lockers, and six LED lights, plus natural light from portholes and an overhead hatch. A spacious bathroom serves the V-berth and twin stateroom, featuring a large shower, Verde granite vanity, metallic sink, storage, mirrored cabinets, and a porthole. The mid-stateroom to port has two single beds, storage, a Sharp LED TV, LED lighting, and a porthole. The hallway to the master stateroom includes the ship's washer and dryer.
The elegant master stateroom spans the yacht's full beam and features cherry wood finishes. It includes a queen bed with access from three sides, two portholes with sliding doors for privacy, five storage drawers under the bed, and two large hanging closets. On the starboard side are a circular seating area and a vanity with six drawers. The ensuite bath stretches across the beam, offering a spacious granite and tile walk-in shower with multiple showerheads and a frameless glass door. A black granite counter with a gold metallic sink, black granite flooring, and a mirrored ceiling with recessed LED lights enhance the luxurious ambiance.

Fuel tanks are outboard for easy engine access. The 1050 HP MAN engines include PTO pumps for the hydraulic bow thruster and stabilizers, with large Racor filters.
