This is a rare opportunity to own a high-quality Pursuit, fully upgraded, at an exceptional price. We acquired her last year intending to place her in a concierge boat club at our Jupiter marina. To bring her up to our standards, we sold off the original 300hp outboards, had the aluminum powder coated, and installed the new Verados. We have since shelved the boat-club plan and priced her to sell quickly.
There are no signs of prior fiberglass repair (the red appears original), this is not a hurricane boat, and the hull is free of bottom paint. The asking price sits hundreds of thousands below her new replacement cost - and even below what it would cost to simply add these upgrades yourself. (Retail on the cost of the upgrades and options exceeds $120,000--- that does not factor in the cost to purchase of the vessel itself.) Our change of plans is the next owner's gain.
She can be sea-trialed and surveyed immediately. The one item we considered but left undone is new SeaDek to match the upholstery (approximately $6,500); we omitted it to keep the price down.
Even setting the upgrades aside, this is a standout 2012 - dry-kept with no bottom paint, she presents herself better than the typical example on the market. That said, she is a well-maintained pre-owned boat, not a factory-new one; a new example exceeds $450,000, and a buyer should expect a 2012 in upgraded condition rather than a brand-new vessel. With her extensive new upgrades, she's a no-brainer at this price.
