Accommodations

The interior layout of the 2004 Rayglass Protector Targa 28 is designed with a practical, offshore-oriented focus that balances weather protection, passenger comfort, and efficient use of space. Behind the wraparound glass windshield and hardtop is the main helm area, featuring dual suspension-style helm seats with drop-down bolsters that allow the operator and companion to sit or stand comfortably while underway in rough conditions. Aft of the helm is an athwartships aft bench seat with storage under, providing seating for additional passengers while maintaining an open, uncluttered cockpit.

Forward of the helm and accessed through a companionway is a small cuddy-style cabin. The cabin features two upholstered settee berths running along the port and starboard sides with storage underneath. The space is suitable for overnighting, gear storage, or escaping poor weather. An non-legal marine toilet is mounted beneath the port settee. A forward hatch provides ventilation and access to the bow area, where the anchor handling equipment is located. The overall layout is simple, durable, and purpose-built for fast coastal cruising, island commuting, diving, or tender service.
