The hull is built by infusion in laminate of fiberglass and polyester resin with sandwich and 

integrated osmosis barrier coating.

The structure of the hull is made of longitudinal infused stringers and a counter mold glued 

and laminated to the hull, integrating supports for technical equipment. The non-structural 

areas maintain direct access to the hull.

The structural bulkheads are built by infusion in laminate of fiberglass and polyester resin with balsa sandwich.

The deck is hand-laid grp built with discontinuous balsa coring. Wood coring used in high load areas.
