"Daddy's Ju-Al" presents an excellent opportunity to purchase a large quality motor yacht at a very affordable price. She would make a perfect live-aboard for the cruising couple. She will also comfortably accommodate a large family or your favorite guest.
The interior accommodations are very spacious and features a huge salon with (2) large settees, dining table for (8) and a wet bar. There are (3) staterooms and (2) private heads. Both the Master & VIP Staterooms feature center-line king-sized island berths.
There is beautiful high-gloss woodwork throughout her interior. The salon has designer carpet & wood blinds. The rest of the interior has designer carpet as well, except for the galley & heads
The exterior accommodations are very spacious as well. The lower aft deck has (2) built-in L-shaped settees with both having solid surface tables. This area would be perfect for outside dining. The flybridge and upper aft deck are also spacious with plenty of guest seating. There are dingy davits on the upper aft deck, as well as the bow. On the bow is a hatch entrance that leads to a crew's quarters. This area has not been updated, as the seller thought it would be perfect for climate-controlled storage.
Again, this is an excellent opportunity to purchase a large motor yacht at an affordable price.

Entering the salon from the aft deck and down (3) steps is the expansive salon area. Immediately to starboard is the wet-bar area with a sink, ice-maker, glass front upper cabinets with storage for glasses, and below counter storage. Moving forward is a huge u-shaped settee and a large hi-lo coffee table with storage under. Moving across to port, aft is the TV & Entertainment Center and entryway steps leading to the aft master stateroom and the engine room. Moving forward to port is a large L-shaped settee, builtin end table, followed by a huge booth style dinette table with seating for (8), which is forward.
Moving forward of the salon and down a few steps, the full galley is to starboard. Moving forward is the head with access from the companionway or the forward VIP guest stateroom. Across to port is a guest stateroom with (2) side by side twin berths with hanging locker & storage. Moving forward is the VIP guest stateroom that features a center-line king berth and abundant storage.
Moving aft of the salon and down a spiral staircase, is door to the engine room and across is the door leading to the master stateroom & head.
