"Sun Chaser" is a great example of a Presents Yachts Sundeck Nautique or any mid-sized sundeck or trawler style vessel of her era. Her decks are fiberglass with no hard & expensive to maintain exterior teak decks.. Her caring owner's keep her in pristine condition, both mechanically and cosmetically.
Her layout is excellent and has features that usually only come with much larger vessel. Such as, (2) full helms stations (upper flybridge & lower salon), (2) spacious staterooms (forward and aft) that both have center-line queen walk-around island berths, with the master stateroom located aft where it should be. As well as (2) full private heads, both have separate shower stalls with bench seats! Very rare indeed!
She is in turnkey condition and is well equipped for living aboard or doing The Great Loop or any other destination that you desire.
She was hauled out in (2021-2022) and her bottom was stripped to bare fiberglass, any blister was repaired and then re-coated with a quality barrier coat and bottom paint. At the same time, all bottom through-hulls were replaced, new props were installed (includes a set of spare props), new zincs, her fuel was polished.

She is powered by dependable twin turbocharged Ford Lehamn diesels with 225hp each and very lower hours. This engine package will allow you to cruise very economically at trawler speeds but will allow you to run 17mph at full throttle, which will come in real handy when you have to dodge a storm or have to make it to port in case of an emergency.

Entering the salon from the aft deck and down (3) steps is the main salon. The main salon features an large L-Shaped settee to starboard with abundant storage below and forward is the lower helm station with full controls and gauges, electrical panel and a large flat screen TV. Across to port, there is 1 black reclining leather arm chair with foot stool and storage cabinets, as well as forward counter-top. There are large salon windows (forward, port & starboard) which allow plenty of natural lighting.
The salon and the entire cabin features beautiful teak wood woodwork & cabinetry as well as a teak & holly sole throughout.
Center-line & forward of the salon and down, is the full galley with excellent storage and across is the full guest/day head with a separate shower and entrance from the galley area or the guest stateroom.
Moving forward of this galley area is the private guest stateroom, which features a center-line walk-around queen island berth, excellent storage and a private entrance to the forward guest head with a separate shower stall.
Aft of the main salon, is the master stateroom that also features a walk-around queen island berth, excellent storage and private entrance to the master head with a separate shower stall.
There are (2) MarineAir reverse cycle AC systems, with a a total of 30,000 BTUs, which will keep you and your guest very comfortable.
