If you're looking for a fast boat that you can take to the Bahamas without spending all day getting there be sure to visit the 63' 2007 Pershing CHOPIN. Powered by twin MAN 1550 h.p. V-12 engines she will cruise at 40 m.p.h. and has a top speed of over 50 m.p.h.
Designed by one of the top Italian yacht shipyards CHOPIN has a range of 300 miles and can take you from South Florida to the Bahamas in only a few hours, not all day like most cruising yachts.
Everyone who has come to see this boat was impressed by the interior layout that offers two full-beam master suites, plus a large bow stateroom that is filled with natural lighting (she also has a small crew cabin that works for grandchildren as well.)
The current owner and his wife have enjoyed cruising throughout the island for the past ten years and made several design changes including more counter space in the galley, extra refrigeration and freezer capacity, and extra storage in the interior, and they converted the tender garage into a mini-warehouse where they carried food and beverages for 90 days, swimming and diving gear, fishing tackle, and even some exercise equipment.
The yacht is easy for a couple to handle both underway and when docking. In addition to having full-sized bow and stern thrusters, the yacht is equipped with upgraded E-Z Dock transmissions which give this yacht even more control when maneuvering.
The fully adjustable Arneson Surface Drives give you incredible performance combined with a shallow draft of only 4' which means you'll be able to get into some of the really exciting places to visit that yachts with 6'-8' draft just can't access. In fact, with the Arneson Surface Drives raised you can beach the boat (just be sure to watch the tide!)
