Additional Information
Peregrine BoatsI have built over 1,000 vessels in my career – from a 90 foot landing craft to an 80 foot catamaran to hundreds of commercial fishing boats. So when Tom approached me and described the type of vessel he wanted to build, I was very excited to build such a remarkable vessel. He wanted a vessel built specifically to carry six passengers and two or three crew in a great deal of comfort while still building the hull to Alaskan commercial fishing boat standards. In fact, he wanted the boat to be built tougher than a commercial fishing boat. We designed the hull with a sharp entry to cut the waves for a smoother ride but made the beam very wide which makes for an exceptionally stable platform. The boat is double-hulled from the bow to the engine room. There are nine watertight compartments (which is unheard of in a 62 foot vessel), including the engine room and master stateroom. The bottom of the vessel is 5/16 5086 aluminum – thicker than the standard 1/4 inch commercial hull. Everything involving the safety and integrity of this boat is of commercial quality including the main engines, generators, fuel filters, watertight doors, hatches, windows, winches, bow thruster and electronics. Standing in the salon of the boat though, all you see is a luxurious yacht. To achieve this stunning finish, we hired master craftsmen Gary Roberts, Thad Mantyla and Tom Gibbs, along with marine craftsman Rick Phillips, to complete the interior. This vessel is one that we are extremely proud of and is built to handle much rougher seas than its passengers will ever want to venture into. I’m confident you will be impressed.

To build this vessel currently — as of November 2024 — would certainly cost in excess of $4,000,000.00 Engines and GeneratorsMain Engines:  Twin 2003 Lugger 6140 700 HP each With Twin Disc MG-5114 A Marine Gears Ratio 1.94:1 Total 1400 HP Engine Hours: STBD: 4352 PORT: 4203 Starboard engine drives hydraulic steering and has PTO for vessel hydraulics Engines have trolling valves Generators:  2 Northern Lights Model M864K 25KW Generators in sound shields Mounted: Engine Room, 2003, Hours: 6247 Mounted: Stern Generator Hatch Compartment Year: 2008, Hours: 13,914 (Mounted on double engine mounts) FUEL CONSUMPTION MAIN ENGINES • Approximately 8 GPH per engine, Approximately 16 GPH total at cruise 1300 RPM • Speed at cruise approximately 9.5 knots • MPG at cruise approximately .65 MPG • Range 1,000+ miles with 15% reserve *Does not include generator usage FUEL CONSUMPTION GENERATORS • Light Loads - Approximately 1 GPH • Heavy Loads - Approximately 2 GPH TankageFuel Capacity: Diesel, 2000 gallons 2 Main Tanks, 750 gallons each 2 Corner saddle tanks 250 gallons each Fresh Water Capacity: Belly Tank: 1200 gallons Stern water tank: 1100 gallons Total 2300 gallons 1200 GPD Watermaker: Village Marine PW 1200 Gray Water: Holding Tank: Tank Capacity - 160 gallons (2 - 80 gallon tanks) MSD tank capacity, 34 US gallons, polypropylene tank with 2” high pressure wired discharge hose (Tank, polypropylene pipe & hose NEW June/2023) with media filter Below WaterlineBELOW WATERLINE MACHINERY: RUDDERS: • Two (2) Proshop Model Aquamet 22, 2” stainless steel shafts with single blade rudders with dripless packing glands and dual hydraulic rams PROPELLERS: • Two (2) 2-1/2” bore, 7’1/4” hub length stainless steel 34 X 30 pitch propellers, one (1) RH and one (1) LH • Spare set stainless steel props - Used - Stored off vessel PROPELLER SHAFTS: • Two (2) Propshop Model Aquamet 22, 2-1/2” diameter X 146” LOA stainless steel shafts PROPELLER SHAFT (LOGS) TUBE(S): • Dripless type ceramic packing gland BerthsBerthings: Ten (10) in four (4) staterooms Master Stateroom - One (1) Queen VIP Stateroom - One (1) Queen Bunkbed Stateroom - Two (2) Twins Crew Stateroom - One (1) Twin Pilot House - One (1) Queen and One (1) Twin SalonSALON FEATURES: • Teak Wood finish and trim • Flexsteel leather couch bolted to floor • Barca Lounger Reclining Chair bolted to floor • Sharp Aquos Plasma TV • LG DVD/VHS GalleyGALLEY FEATURES: • Teak Wood finish and trim • Kenmore stainless side-by-side two door refrigerator/freezer • GE stainless steel convection oven with stove • Whirlpool microwave oven • Kenmore Elite stainless dishwasher • Kenmore Elite Trash Compactor • Twin stainless steel sinks • In-sinkerator garbage disposal • Coffeemaker • Toaster • 6-person Dinette • 4-person bench for counter seating Additional Appliances• GE Stand up freezer, 21 cubic feet • Beverage Air 2-Door UCF 67, 20 cubic ft stainless freezer • Manitowoc Q130 under counter ice machine in freezer hatch room • Kenmore Elite, 3.1 cubic foot washer • Kenmore Elite, 5.7 cubic foot dryer • Jacuzzi, 5’ x 32” tub (located in master stateroom head) Interior Furnishings• One (1) H.O.
