Great condition sailboat with teak upgrades and work performed
The boat is a very well-maintained two-owner vessel. An extremely seaworthy Bill Shaw design, the Pearson 365 is a very spacious model, starting with the particularly large cockpit. The circular cockpit can comfortably seat 8 adults while all sheets are run to the cockpit. This, along with the Autopilot, makes this boat relatively easy to single-hand despite its size.
Below, there is a large, well-equipped, U-shaped galley to port and a spacious chart table to starboard. The salon has twin settees that both slide out to large berths, sleeping up to 2 each, but they are extremely comfortable as single berths.
There is ample headroom throughout with a maximum of about 6'6" of headroom. Forward there is a full head with a separate standing shower, along with a spacious V-berth. At the dock, she is extremely comfortable with its marine A/C and inverter.
All equipment on the boat is fully functioning according to the seller which is somewhat rare for a boat of this vintage.
While we will always attempt to provide you with a TRUE representation of every vessel we market, during any purchase you will be encouraged to schedule an inspection from an independent, accredited surveyor and every purchase WILL ALWAYS BE subject to your satisfaction with the results from your independent survey and your own personal trial run.
