Pearson 31 MK II just listed! Like the other boats this owner has owned she has been kept in impeccable condition (we have handled the sale of three prior boats for him). Recent upgrades and work include removing and re-bedding all stanchions and toe rails and a new bimini all done in 2014. If you want to own the nicest Pearson 31 out there this is the one! Our best estimate is that if you looked at 20 sisterships this boat would literally be in the best condition of any of them, the owner is very fastidious about his maintainenece.
