The "FIN PRINT" is a 2005, 62 Paul Mann Convertible, built by Paul Mann, with twin CAT C 30 power, rebuilt in 2020, coupled to ZF transmissions and 22 KW Northern Lights generator, rebuilt in 2019, two Seakeeper 6 Gyros, new in 2019, and a NEWLY installed and hard to find Furuno Omni Sonar!
"FIN PRINT" features three staterooms, two head layout with a huge salon/galley on the main deck. The master stateroom is amidships to starboard, and sleeps two on a walkaround queen berth. Amenities include flat screen TV, cedar-lined hanging locker, ample drawer storage, and custom lighting. Access to a generous private head with over sized stall shower is immediately forward.
The forward guest stateroom sleeps two on a center line queen berth. A deck access hatch, ample hanging, door, and drawer storage, and high-volume head room make this an extremely comfortable cabin. The port guest stateroom sleeps two on upper and lower berths (with the lower berth widened to sleep two). The guest head with an over sized stall shower services the two guest staterooms, with access via the companionway.
On the main deck, the galley is forward to starboard, an L-shaped couch is aft to port and
a straight couch is opposite. Handsome custom teak cabinetry is abundant, and conceals the galley equipment and 32" TV with surround sound system.
A tournament sized cockpit with mezzanine with seating, cockpit grill, teak cockpit sole, teak covering boards, teak coaming, air compressor, ESKIMO ice machine, Max Q water maker, underwater lights, air conditioning plumbed to cockpit and engine room, tricolor lights in hardtop and cockpit overhang, 25KW Northern lights generator, oil change system, dual Racors on each engine, teak helm pod, single lever controls. Release steering wheel, Release helm & companion chairs.
The cockpit was an over sized teak cockpit with single hatch to the engine room. The cockpit cabinetry lined with Stainless Steel, Transom Door, Ice Machine dump, (6) Flush Mount Rod Holders and pedestal rocket launcher.
The flybridge had two (2) single teak ladder back helm chairs were on the center line helm island console provides 360-degree sight-lines. Electronics were in a raised cabinet. Overhead lighting and Teaser Reels. A hardtop, Rupp Triple Spreader Outriggers, Spreader Lights, Freshwater Wash Down and stereo speakers. ACRYLIC enclosure new in 2018.
